Voice recognition pairing
1. Click the Voice button to enter the pairing interface
2. Select your TV model on the right side of the TV display interface to pair.
3. If your TV model does not appear, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously until the red indicator light flashes, then tap the Voice button again to pair.
Game mode setting
Settings > Select input signal source > Set EDID version to 2.0/2.1 > Picture > Advanced settings > Turn off ALLM and MJC functions to make the game mode available.
Why game mode cannot be selected
Recheck the HDMI connection.
Blue LED brightness in standby
There is no specific setting, but we recommend turning off the power during standby or hiding the LED with an opaque material.
Can hear the sound but no video
Check if your TV is set to "screen off mode". My TV has a setting called "screen off mode" that allows you to turn off the screen while still hearing the sound.
Difference between HDMI 1, 2, 3
Only HDMI 1 supports eARC.
Whether there is a BCAS card slot?
Currently, there is no regulator and BCAS or ACAS is not supported.
DAZN compatibility
Yes, it supports the DAZN app.
Apple Music playback not possible
The TV does not support Apple Music.
Tightening the wall mount screws:
The bottom screws do not need to be tightened, and the included screws should be used. The wall mount bracket must be purchased separately.
Volume adjustment not possible after headphones are connected:
The TV does not have a headphone jack, and the audio output terminal is used. We recommend using Bluetooth headphones.
Unclear picture quality:
This affects the quality of the video source and network. Check the resolution of the internet video.
What kind of tuner should I buy to watch terrestrial digital broadcasts?
FPD TVs have AV interfaces and HDMI interfaces. If your digital tuner can convert the signal to an HDMI input, you can select that type of tuner.
Does your product comply with the VESA standard?

What are FPD's payment options?
We want to make buying your favorite FPD products fast and easy. Currently, we only accept PayPal. However, in a very short time, we will be able to accept the following payment options:

How do I pay with PayPal?
When you select PayPal during checkout, you’ll need to agree to a billing agreement to allow FPD to bill your PayPal account. The agreement is valid for one hour—but don’t worry, if it expires before you complete your order, you can simply agree again when you’re ready to place an order. And please note, the shipping address on your FPD order must match the shipping address saved to your PayPal account.
When will I be charged for my order?
We’ll charge your payment when your order ships. If your order includes multiple shipments, you’ll see a charge for each shipment as it goes out. Please note, we place an initial authorization for the amount of the entire order when you place it—this is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For specific information regarding international shipping, please contact our customer service team.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s or our website to track your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
