Voice recognition pairing
1. Click the Voice button to enter the pairing interface
2. Select your TV model on the right side of the TV display interface to pair.
3. If your TV model does not appear, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously until the red indicator light flashes, then tap the Voice button again to pair.
Game mode setting
Settings > Select input signal source > Set EDID version to 2.0/2.1 > Picture > Advanced settings > Turn off ALLM and MJC functions to make the game mode available.
What connection methods can this TV use to connect to the Soundbar?
1. Support HDMI connection, need to connect to the interface with HDMI_ACR/eARC logo;
2. Support Bluetooth connection, connect Bluetooth speakers in Settings-Remote Control and Accessories;
3. RCA is not supported, there is no coaxial interface;
4. In addition to HDMI_ARC/eARC, Bluetooth also supports optical fiber to Optical interface connection and 3.5mm Audio-out interface connection;
5. The connection methods through the interface are: HDMI_ARC/eARC, Optical, 3.5mm Audio-out; the wireless connection method is: Bluetooth;

About signing up for Prime Video:
When you launch the Prime Video app for the first time, a 6-digit device code will be displayed on the login screen. Tap the white boxed option when you first launch the app to proceed.
If you skipped the above steps, select the person icon at the top of the left tab of the app's home screen (the "Sign in" option). This will display a 6-digit device code.
Amazon Fire TV Stick Remote Control Instructions
Use the Fire tv strick remote control to select settings >> enter [Settings] >> [Equipment Control] >> [Manage Equipment] >> [TV] >> [change TV] Click and confirm change TV >> Follow the prompts to pair the remote control and select Dyon; you can use the Fire Strick remote control to control the TV's volume and basic functions such as turning on and off the lights.
Can hear the sound but no video
Check if your TV is set to "screen off mode". My TV has a setting called "screen off mode" that allows you to turn off the screen while still hearing the sound.
Whether there is a BCAS card slot?
Currently, there is no regulator and BCAS or ACAS is not supported.
DAZN compatibility
Yes, it supports the DAZN app.
Apple Music playback not possible
The TV does not support Apple Music.
Tightening the wall mount screws:
The bottom screws do not need to be tightened, and the included screws should be used. The wall mount bracket must be purchased separately.
Volume adjustment not possible after headphones are connected:
The TV does not have a headphone jack, and the audio output terminal is used. We recommend using Bluetooth headphones.
Unclear picture quality:
This affects the quality of the video source and network. Check the resolution of the internet video.
What kind of tuner should I buy to watch terrestrial digital broadcasts?
FPD TVs have AV interfaces and HDMI interfaces. If your digital tuner can convert the signal to an HDMI input, you can select that type of tuner.
