Warranty Policy
Your Obligations Before Service
The warranty period for your product begins on the actual purchase date, as shown on the authorized reseller's or distributor's invoice/receipt. To return a product for service, it must be shipped in its original packaging or packaging that offers equal protection. Fpdvision.com Technical Support will provide packing and shipping instructions.
Important: All user data and downloaded applications stored on a product will be deleted during some in-home and all ship-in warranty services. The product will be restored to its original state, and you will be responsible for restoring user data and applications. Recovery and reinstallation of user data and applications are not covered under this warranty. To protect your personal information, always clear all personal information from the product before it is serviced.
FPD’s Responsibilities
If Fpdvision.com determines that a product is covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price. There will be no charge for parts or labor during the warranty period. Replacement parts may be new or recertified at Fpdvision.com's discretion.
Types of Service
All Fpdvision.com products must be sent to our specified service center to obtain warranty service. Customers are responsible for transportation costs to the service center, but Fpdvision.com will cover return shipping.
Warranty Period
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects occurring within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty only applies to purchases made on fpdvision.com. For purchases made through resellers, distributors, or other websites (such as Amazon), please contact them directly.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Loss caused by normal wear and tear, fire, water damage, theft, vermin, or insect infestation.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Products with expired warranty periods.
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Free products.
- Misuse or abusive use of the product, including physical abuse.
- Incorrect operation or failure to follow operation instructions.
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Failure to clean or improper cleaning of the product.
- Incorrect voltage or unauthorized electrical connections.
- Adverse external conditions such as power surges, thunderstorms, acts of God, terrorism, damage caused by vermin, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or dampness.
- Exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions.
- Use of unauthorized or incompatible parts.
- Issues related to password setting/resetting and computer viruses.
- Repair, modification, or other work performed by unauthorized service personnel.
- Damage caused by micro SIMs where the product is not designed to accept them.
- Products purchased at auction.
- Products that do not bear the original manufacturer's serial number in its original form (e.g., if the serial number has been removed, altered, or damaged).
- Service costs for replacing and maintaining consumable parts that have ceased to function through normal wear and tear.
- Products rented or leased by you; contact the rental or leasing company for warranty claims.

- Fpdvision.com is not liable for the loss of data incurred from product use or for returning personal items sent to Fpdvision.com.
- Repair of goods may result in data loss. You are solely responsible for backing up and protecting data against loss, damage, or destruction.
